Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My right tonsil is swollen due to which I am having difficulty swallowing food...Want some suggestion! I don't have any other problem, much recovered from tonsils but feeling of something stuck in right side of throat is there when I eat something! Suggest something for this! Attaching pic of throat

I have throat irritation for the past 7 days. There is pain in my tonsils as well. Tried gargling but it does not help. There is even irritation on tongue. I always feel that my throat is heated up. Also, I feel that something is stuck in my throat and always there is tendency to throw it out. I have GERD, is my problem due to that?

Sir/Madam Today afternoon during steam inhalation I felt very hot inside nose but I continued inhalation.After inhalation I felt bit unusual feeling inside nose.I don't know whether it would get cure on it's own or has to seek medical advice as I don't know what are possible complications or what are serious symptoms to consider it as medical problem.plz advice

I use flubock whenever i get allegry symtom are wrose..Can i use flublock nasal spray for continuous 1 week and does flublock create heart beats more? I take metalor XR 25 and Telsartan 40 for BP n beta blocker..Is Flublock which was given to me by ENT specialist is safe with all BP medicine and wont create any heart beats more?. Pls clarify
