Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have slight pain on right side of the throat.I have been visited almost 5 dr even a throat specialist taken many antibiotics then to no relief gargling salt water 3 times a day having nothing sour or spicy.please suggest me some homemade remedies & can u suggest me what's the problem with throat

I've had a painless bump on the roof of my mouth for the last 2.5 weeks. I first noticed it after I had some very hot coffee, so thought it must be because of that. However it has now been 2.5 weeks and it has not gone away, so i'm a bit worried. I used dologel 2-3 times, but I keep forgetting to, after which I do feel that the bump has become smaller with each use. Kindly advise as bumps likes this have previously resolved on their own within a week but this one hasn't. Also, I've been on B12 injections for 1 month so i know that's not the issue.

Dr today I went to ent Dr and he diagnosed a parotitis by pressing so hardly my right tonsil. And my R8 ear also pains bit.. So as he hardly pressed my tonsil so that swelling is there... Pls suggest me to get rid of swelling... Dr prescribed antibiotics painkiller and one tab related to nerve pain

Tinnitus problem I have 2 months please suggest any medicine doc please help me come out of this.cant able to sleep. Audiogram test attached

I was having problem of Acid Reflux/GERD for past month I suppose. After the treatment with PPIs, there is much relief now. But a bit of muscle strain is there in throat without any else difficulty. What it could be a sign of? Is it anything related to any serious issue?

I am facing continuous irritation in my throat and coughing also in between. I don't have fever. Currently i am taking medicine prescribed by doctor for tonsil infection but no relief.

I have pain and stiffness on the left side of my neck. If i press under the jaw i feel a sharp pain. Pain in ear and tooth because of this too. Difficulty in moving my neck.

I feel pain in my right ear and stuffy nose especially left nasal, so not able to smell and taste , how long it will take to bring normal.

When my ear pain going on, I use hot sand with cloths near chick adjacent to ear then I relax from pain, agin I gain this pain after 10-15 days, what can I do sir?
