Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Attached report of ct scan .is thr something serious. I tend to have headache when I m in stress or when m travelling. The area between my eyebrows tend to swell a little when I have headache

I am suffering from this nose block and runny nose issue from almost last 13 years which had started with an infection and was unfortunately left untreated for 11 years. But after that I was treated and recently diagnosed with a small maxillary polyp on left side, DNS to right and inferior turbinates hypertrophy. One doctor here on Practo recommended surgery for DNS and Polyp. I have been for last 3 months on a Fluticasone-Azelastine Nasal spray and also got treated with meds many times in last 2 years. But unfortunately symptoms didn't really relieve much. And recently I am getting more exhausted and finding it difficult to breathe as my right nostril is almost always blocked. So I want to get surgery done from a reputed government hospital nearby. But should I really do it now or wait until the pandemic is over? Thank you.

My friend shouted a lot few days ago. Since then she is having little pain on the right side of her throat while swallowing. She is gargelling twice a day and taking cough syrups but not curing. Please suggest a medecine, she can intake in such a situation.

My left ear is aching since I woke up today. Should I just clean it using earbuds or visit a doctor.

Sir ...when I am normal...one nostril is blocked...and air come and go through another nostril...then another nostril open and other is blocked...it is continuing since last 1-2 years...how I will be take air in both nostrils...and will recovery from this...I also face frequent cold and nasal congestion 15 days in every month...what is the permanent solution...each time I use allegra and saline nasal spray and Flutira decongestant...sir plz tell me the best treatment for it...do surgery cure it??

I am having a tight feelings in throat that muscle are getting tight , mostly in evening , i am having Anxiety (panic disorder)problem, and not having any pain when swallowing but only tight sensation and irritability feeling that time having fear and can't even swallowing saliva pls guide me

I have had temperature of 98.8 to 99 in the evening. Its around 97 when i get up in the morning. Also i feel pressure in my sinuses from almost Feb. Fever started 10 days ago. I am taking amoxiciilin from 4 days but still getting upto 99 temperature everyday. Is it normal with sinusitis to get such fever. Although i don't feel feverish.
