Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I have ear infection in my left ear. It's been 8 days since it started. I thought it would get better in 3-4 days like it normally does. My pain tolerance is high so I could manage it all this time. But now on the left side, if I touch near my external jugular vain(on my neck), I feel a pain throughout the vain and surrounding ear. Should I be concerned about it? There are no clinics open nearby. Can I start taking antibiotics on my own? I'm also bipolar and my medication includes a mood relaxant(quitipin 25) that helps me sleep so I have no trouble sleeping even if it hurts more at night.

Have a persistent throat irritation problem. Has white spots and coarseness in the throat -like laryngitis. Eating or drinking hot or cold sets of irritation and keeps clearing his throat noisily all the time or coughs. Have taken tab Clarinova and steam - somehow doesn't help. Pl advise.

Hello dr I consulted online ent and he thinks I've reflux laryngitis and he suggest pan d in morning and rantac in evening (both before meals) along with gaviscon gel after meals 10 ml for 14 days. It gave me relief while I was in medicine but when I stopped by throat again started hurting and getting irritated with urge of throat clearing all the time. Pls suggest if I should continue the same medicine dose again for anything 14 days or stop it? Pls advise dr. Thanks

My mother is having cyst in neck from past 2 years(approx) , it got tested and found it to be normal one but from past 3 days she is having pain in it with fever and it but while swelling the food, Please suggest what type of cyst is it? And it's cure. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Am experiencing extreme pain on my right ear. While gulping and swallowing it is intense thou I do have a problem of tonsillitis but as of now I do not have any pain in throat. Please suggest.

I am having black cough after i started taking anatacids it is more...I am diagnosed with severe GERD but i am getting cough also! My other problems like feeling something stuck in throat gone with these medications and i am feeling good now but from few days getting black cough! My throat is feeling good now and i got relief from given medicines but black cough coming! Doctor said its nothing to worry! i never had pneumonia,even common cold happened very rarely!

My sister has gone through TB in Jan 2020 and treatment is going still, but there are pain at multiple areas, like ear, back, throat, The current Dr. Who is taking treatment said to show local MD doctor but no one available, during these covid lockdown, can some MD may help us online, she is really in pain

My mother is 57 years old and have high BP problem..she was suffering from eye problem in left eye .I went to eye specialist he diagnosed it as"BRVO" and suggested for AVASTIN injection in  left eye. He also said to use MFC eye drop in left eye at interval of 4 -4 hours atleast  before 24 hr injection is taken ,I did that accordingly .but now due to some personal reasons I could not go to that hospital, I went to other eye specialist after proper check up and OTC checkup he also diagnosed with same problem. He also said that injection" Anti veg f" needs to be given in left eye and he didn't said himself to use MFC before injection is given . I m confused now what should I do (1) Can I use MFC eye drop in left eye before injection atleast before 24 hrs at interval of 4-4 hrs? (2) AVASTIN injection and ANTIVEG F injection are same or there is difference between the two? Pls help.

Being a osmf stage iii with white patches and bands on buccal mucosa and sunken cheeks, Red snd white lesion since ,10 months, Used antioxidants and kenakart ointments. Now ulcers on LIPS both lower and upper Round big uppish with the depression In the middle.since 5 months . No biopsy done due to Village resident no travel allowed lockdown . under the tongue Ulcers and on the floor of mouth ulcers. Kindly advise me as I m extremely worrisome.

M hving pain after speaking. It is a case of acid reflux as told by Ent doc. Are antacids helpful in treating acid reflux?
