Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My younger brother was having same dry cough ,fever and swollen tonsils and was diagnosed as acute tonsilitis ,now I am having same problem but no fever yet from past 1 day pls suggest priscription as I am not having money

Ear discharge from last 10 days after cold. No pain. And there is a whole in my ear from last 15 years.

From past one month I am having feeling of something stuck in throat and feeling of mild warmness in the throat region. Is this GERD OR acid laryngitis ? I am taking PAN- L and GAVISCON SYRUP but to no use. Should I change the PPI and switch to Esomeprazole or Omeprazole for GERD ? Which is the best PPI to treat GERD and acid laryngitis ?

I am suffering from left ear pain and throat pain since 7 months. I have been a smoker for 5 years, smoking 3-5 cigarettes a day. I have had 5 endoscopy, both flexible and rigid. As well as an upper gi endoscopy. My styloids are also elongated-. 4.4 cm on left and 4.8 cm on right side. All endoscopy and ultrasound of neck didn't show anything suspicious. The nasoendoscopy showed chronic sinusitis symptoms like Dns and turbinate hypertrophy along with enlarged bulla ethmoidalis. After 7 months and innumerable courses of anti biotics the pain still remains. I am also taking flutiflo as well as anti allegic along with ant acids.Can malignancy be ruled out by the endoscopy? Can chronic sinusitis on left side cause ear pain and throat pain on the same side? Can it be due to elongated styloids? Can sinusitis along with styloid cause that pain? What test should be done to find the cause of the problem?

I am having Red granular spots on pharynx from last 5 days. Problems are 1) Discomfort in swallowing food 2) Some time little bit of pain in throat and near ear. 3) Constipation 4) Acidity and Gas

I am feeling tightness in throat and looks like something stuck in throat .. I can feel mucous also in throat ..there is no pain no fever or any other symptom. I am facing this more than a month .. this happens every year but this year it has lasted long .. please help .. thank you

Dear sir Dry eyes I have after every few days Taking referesh tears but in 2,days issue get solve and need to throw balance liquid since 1mths usage after opening cap Is their any cheaper option available in less qty ,price since refresh tears are bit costly Have sinus one nostril is close so take cheston cold for 3 to 5 days twice a day for congestion   can take same no issues with it ? This is sos when needed and nostril is block Thanks Hardik

Sir  my wife is having prpblem that when there is lot of heat or wheteher change start sneezing and  runny nose i have to give maontair  lc tablet for once to relive it happpens more often kindly suggest some  thing if any test required or any medicine that needed to avoid sneezing and runny nose
