Throat problem since 10 months.

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have taken almost every treatment like allopathy,homeopathy,ayurveda n home remedies. But nothing worked for me .. i usually feel like i would get cold i the evening . N there is no pain in my throat or anywhere but i have to split vry frequent some watery liquid comes out frm my mouth.I'll attach pictures of my throat ..plz check out . Im vry scared if it is cancer like something early stage or what .. plz help doctor 😔 .. I have taken Amoxicillin 625,cefuroxime 625 n monelukast n some antacids in empty stomach for almost 1 month.. n homeopathy as well.
