Chest congestion with little phelm
Hi,
I have chest congestion with little phelm (light yellowish colour). This happens during early morning around 3 to 6 am.
I am allergic to dust, if I am exposed to little bit of house hold dust I will have cold/runny nose.
If I have runny nose eventually cough will follow.
Please help me on this.
I used to take Homeopathic medication sir month back, which worked like a charm. But doc has moved away from the current location and now I need to switch to.another one.

You may be having allergic rhinitis and allergic bronchitis. Need to get treated with nose sprays as well as inhalers.

This could be Allergic rhinitis. You might require a nasal spray and antihistamines
