One side nose block
My one side nose block from past two years. Sometimes the left side nose blocks and sometimes the right one. Due to that I am unable to breathe properly. Also I feel like cheat congestion.

Hi..based on your history...your main complaint is unilateral nasal obstruction!! There are many causes for nasal obstruction...chronic obstruction is usually mechanical i.e either due to septal deviation, turbinate enlargement or a nasal mass!! This nasal obstruction alternating between left and right is usually physiological but it is exacerbated if their is some underlying pathology.. and lastly we should also rule out allergic rhinitis

Alternating nasal block is a normal phenomenon ..but the the thing is it is not appreciated by a person normally..if it is causing a problem in ur breathing it means that there is some pathology which can b allergic rhinitis or sinusitis etc..we need more history
