Bumps on back of toungue

Asked for Male, 25 Years

One day i have seen in the mirror that i have big bumps like a little bigger than pimples in back side of my toungue in the middle i can see them easily but they don't make trouble in any thing are they normal or a disease please suggest

The pimple like things that you are seeing at the base of your tongue or circumvallate Pappillae or lingual tonsil it is a normal structure present in every body, so no need to worry if you don't have any pain or difficulty in swallowing
