Hello I'm Dr Nikita Iyer. The photograph looks like a condition called tonsillolith. Our tonsils have small crevices wherein food can get impacted and form small stones called as tonsilloliths.
Next Steps
It is important to maintain good oral hygiene and do betadine gargles thrice a day for atleast 5 days. Ideally they would get disimpacted and come out orally on its own

In case there is still the same complaints after a week or if there is any bad breath/pain while swallowing that develops, I would suggest visiting an ENT doctor

It looks like a tonsollith
(Sometimes food gets accumulated in the tonsils )
Make sure to wash your mouth with salt water gargles after every meal for 4-5 days
The tonsillith gets dislodged naturally
