Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My right nose blocks in the morning in AC when I wake up till afternoon and it opens in evening when I go outdoor, temperature is less and humidity is somewhat high compared to afternoon in evening. What can be the reason. I have nasal septum deviation towards right side. Attached CT scan.

I have swelling in throat from outside and burning  sensation few times in a day for few minutes. After telescopy of throat I was adviced for these test. Are they normal?

I am getting continued screeching sound in both ears for the past six months approx. Also to mention I am a medical transcriptionist with headphones on all-day long

By taking stablanz PV will it increase the static sound in the ear more or it will subside? I feel a low static sound when it's silent and the ENT doctor prescribed me stablanz PV for 15 days .

Hello Sir, I am suffering from throat pain which is on right side only in throat and this is something not constant when i eat something or drink some hot tea it get relief after after sometime time same situation also i had suffered from covid A month later , During that time symptoms was related with throat pain in my whole isolation period ... Also when i go out wearing mask for 3-4 hrs i get worse ...

Watery eyes with redness and eye lids stick every morning when i wake up. Need to use hot water to rinse eyes to open. Pain in eyes while using mobile or laptop or tv.

Hello, My friend has got swelling & redness in mouth palate due to which difficult in swallowing also. Also tongue has got slightly black. Can you please help as how to treat this?

Since last 7-8 days I am facing issues with itchy inner ear. I assume that it could be due to continues use of earbuds(almost 8-10hours) during work calls. As a home remedy, I tried some olive oil drops to remove ear wax as well as for getting away with itching. But it seems like a temporary solution and not helping much. If any ENT specialists could refer any ear drop for the same, then it would be really appreciated. Thank you.
