What medicine to be taken for LPR and how long does it takes to heal. Does steam and gargling helps in LPR?

I have two ulcers in my mouth right now , it been after long time before it in every week i have ulcer problem because of my irregular stool and Stomach was also not good . this time also same thing my stomach was upset but ulcers not healing i am taking tablet omanacortil 20 and rebagen ? is it sign of a cancer ? google says it a sign of cancer.

For the last 20 days I have mild pain occassionally in my right ear. Yesterday night I started feeling mild pain in my back side ( right) of head.It is still there. Please let me know what medicine should I take.

Hi iam having pain near ear connecting jaw while chewing in the right side just near the ear jaw end ...if I chew anything or chew rice for some time iam getting pain it is triggering to head also .

Sir, I usually start coughing at midnight between 2am-3am,sometimes there a bit of urine leakage due to cough. I hav a burning kind of feeling from my sinus part of nose , inside the edge of the mouth only till the neck & not below it (the feeling is as if a liquid is released from nose & travelling till the throat). It's been a month I m gng through 1or the other problem that I mentioned above . Just for information I hav suffered from covid in the month of April (treatment was done at home ,without oxygen requirements).

My mom is having persistent cough from past 3-4 days there is no cold. Please suggest if it will cure at home or we need to see doctor. Please help with any home remedies that is helpful. Thank you!

Hi was covid positive on 23 april and in may 10 i was negative. i was on home isolation only. but i developed granular pharnagytis and throat infection and currently under medication for the same. i also do steam and gargle 2 times a day. but i feel some clicking noise on jaw and also sometimes heaviness on nose. there is no nose blockage and no mucus coming from nose. but sometimes jaw also pains and right side of the head also pains. Also i feel some sensation under the ear. I have no fever but sometimes i get cough (very rarely). i am tensed about the right side head ache and nose heaviness and jaw pain and slight sensation under the ear. Can this be a sign of black fungus? Please suggest steps.

Cough since last 4 months . Whenever I move. Or speak (changing of voice pitch) . When I don't speak at all I feel I need to cough right away. When I just try to speak then cough comes again. I tried every other treatment from montair. To PPIs even nasal sprays and salines. It's really problematic. I don't understand why it's there. All investigations are normal this cough doesn't seems to go away. Hinders my concentration very easily. Pls help me
