I have so much off dirty or wax in my ear, so I can't hear, so please suggest some medicine to remove wax or dirty from my ear Thanking you

Post nasal drip medicine since suffering from long time Sometimes relieve but again comes back. I am on 100mg eltroxin since last 17years weight 76kg age 45yrs.

I was tested COVID positive 39 days ago, I now have nasal congestion in the morning and have light headache sometimes during the day and sometimes in the evening. My eyes also turn red when I wake up in the morning , but turn back to normal after 10 minutes. Should I be worried about black fungus, ? I took 32mg Medrol daily for 6 days during COVID. I am non-diabetic and my sugar levels are normal. I have attached my CBC report.

I have itching in Upper part of mouth with dryness from 15 days and mostly it happens in night. But from tomorrow night my throat start paining with itching. Please suggest.

Sir in year 2020 I have done my CT scan of head as pain remain in my right side of head at one point. After that CT scan I am hearing sound in my right ear . Hi Doctors, I was effected by Covid on 6th of May and got recovered. Recently I started feeling left side headache, eye pain, nose blockage, ear pain and left side neck pain. I did a CT brain and chest scan, Reports were normal but I am still having the pain from 5days. And sometimes i started to see a black dot from my left eye. Please suggest me a solution 🙏
