Having pain in throat and hoarse voice from last 4 months. Tried gargling, and other home remedies. It feels like extreme throat infection. But can't go to the Dr due to pandemic. Please suggest.

I have 3 abscess upper tooth infection  in right jaw and 1 abscess impact wisdom tooth in lower right jaw... I have develop right nostril pain and dry irritation inside.. I having low grade fever from past 12 days.... I took doxy 100 mg for 5 days bcs of elrage ovary and kidney stone... Yesterday Dentist gave MetroGyl 400mg divon for tooth pain and to extract wisdom tooththis thursday...  .. Im post 7 weeks covid home isolation...4 weeks back I had swelling in upper right jaw took ct scan it showed teeth infection... Please kindly advice im having pain and irritation inside right nostril from past 2 days ..iam worried about black fungus

I have burnt my throat after eating hot food and now I am out of my taste in the throat area and I cannot feel any salty and sweet feeling inside and again whenever I try to swallow saliva I can feel English cold feeling in my throat as if that saliva is touching my throat which was not earlier. Also I can feel problem in swallowing food and also the food is coming upwards little bit instead of going into stomach.

I have block nose from 30days with alteration. Today I found green thick snot from nose. What does it indicate? Is it possible to have green thick snot due to fungal infection? Or it might be due to viral or bacterial infection. Please suggest medicine. Thanks

Doctor prescribed nasomac-af spray for nose. I was tested positive last month. Had a pain on nose. CT scan done yesterday. Already during covid time I took steroid methylprednisolone 8mg tablets for 5days morning and night. Home isolation. No diabetic. Now doctor prescribed nasomac af spray for nose for 10days two times.. This is a steroid. If I use this any side effects will come. Because Now this spray also steroid. Already during covid time I had steroid. Wil it be any side effect if i use this. Prescription also I have attached. Yesterday night I put spray. then it's a steroid. So I didn't put morning. Shall I continue. I'm fearing about black fungus. If steroid used more it will be danger know

Hi, My mother was discharged from Covid treatment on 12/04/21 after 5 days. She also tested RT-PCR negative on 29/04/21. The doc advised antibody test then and also around 3 months post that. The results are as follows- 29/04/2021 Total Ab SARS-Cov2- 12.7 IgG Ab- 20.3 22/06/2021 Total Ab SARS-Cov2- 186 IgG Ab- 16.2 Please advise if the results are right and what do they mean.
