Hello Sir/Madam I contacted covid and recovered immediately. After few days I had nasal congestion and for that I did steam heavily which freed my nostrils for some time. Thereafter I did some workouts like skipping and running resulting to nose dryness. I lost good sweat in skipping and walking. Now my nose and eyes are completey dry and while taking bath I feel like breathlessness. Please help me out in this regard. I am not having fever.

Some time having pain in between left side cheek and left side ear(inside pain), under the  ear and and under the eye pain...too much headache also with vomiting feeling. History as below: 1) we consultant neurology and he suggested city scan them outcome is sinus detected. Please suggest solutions we all family members are fed up with this issue..we started yoga excersize also long back but not much effects.
