Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello sir/madam I did steam therapy heavily on both nostrils and thereafter it cleared my nose. After few days my nose dried completely and when I take bath I don't sense it properly. Now low air is coming from both nostrils. Does this lead to any ENS or any nasal complications.. please anyone answer this.. I am afraid.. I am taking levocet and nasal spray.. in internet it says due to lack of moisture. I am drinking water regularly but feeling the same thing..

I want to know if I can get vaccinated, it's been more than 2 months now I got asymptomatic positive. I had no symptoms and recovered very well.

I had visited Pulmonologist for my occasional Shortness of Breath when climbing stairs and during walking. He did PFT and the result was FEV1 67%. However I don't have any breathing issue nor any other problem presently. While examining my mouth he said I have fungal infection on tongue. Before this I had redness of mouth and on tongue for which I took treatment. Now doctor has prescribed medications for my Shortness of breath stating it's bcoz of Mild bronchitis. Rotacap Airtech FB 400 lupihaler and Spiromont B for tat. And he has also given Fluconazole tablet and clotrimazole mouth paint for fungal infection. I am attaching pics for review. My question is this is not the White fungus which is affecting covid patients presently or what exactly I am facing presently pls advise. I am covid asymptomatic patient recovered in Aug 2020

I am having cough from 1 month, inspite of consultation from last 15 days, I did not get relief When medicine is going, no cough symptoms, after completing medication, again it started, I have done chest xray, in xray everything is fine

I was covid positive on23 april but started getting 0 symptoms on 3rd may and came out of isolation on 10th may. but after a 2 week i started feeling pain in throat and consulted a doctor and he told that it is a throat infection. endoscopy was done and it was that there was swelling near vocal cord and some lumps on my throat. He prescribed me medicine and more details in the prescription attached. now my throat pain is gone the lump is also become smaller. but i hear clicking noise in my jaw when i open my mouth. also i feel heaviness on my nose for some time. also sometime my head feel like pulled (sar khichta hai) and there is slight pain in my right side of the head. I am under medication but is this sign of black fungus and should i do some test or treatment for it?

As I was vaccinated for covisheild first dose before 18 days. Can i take zerodol sp tablet now for inflammation below my right eye. It was prescribed by ent doctor when I visited him in personal. But i didn't ask him this question.

My nose was very itchy so i used a tissue paper to rub it off and inside my nose got swollen I have a similar picture. It is like this. Regards

After covid 19 isolation period i felling somthing stuck on my throat and nose sinus issue.after medication i got cured from that but after some days my one side throat having pain after medication it also cured but after that i felling same agin that some thing stuck on my throat

My mother is having trouble with sleeping and eating, because of an ear pain that is causing a stress on her jaw and headache too. Any ear drops/medicine suggested?
