My mother had fess sinus surgery 2months back for mucormycosis which is cured with amphotericin and posaconazole . she is having constant tenderness in the forehead area and she said air is entering inside eye. she had mild swelling above and below eye due to air. no pain inside eye, vison is normal, no nasal obstruction, only air trapped inside eye for 1month. when she wakeup in the morning after sleeping in AC , her swelling will increase and will decrease a bit by afternoon. . is it orbital emphysema? and is tenderness common after extensive surgery? will orbital emphysema go on its own? its already been a month of swelling with no other sinus issues.

My son is complaining that he is having slight trouble in hearing for past few days and occasional pain in ears. His ear wax is coming out with fluid like substance and it's so smelly when touched. For all these issues online consultation will work or have to check in person. Thanks in Advance.

I have nose block sinusitis since long. 6 weeks over after covid recovery, doctor suggested to take duanase spray. I am little afraid of using it as it contqins steroid. During covid treatment no steroid taken, no diabetics. I am afraid of using it for mucormicrosys as side effect of it. Please suggest. Thanks

Itchy throat, regular sputum from more than 6 months.Red bumps at the back of inner throat. I referred to general physician, prescribed me Jecfen-M and v -flo tabs.But it's. Or working.In past I had the habit of smoking cigarettes,but now permanently stopped.

I have throat pain, on nd off more then one week, today little bit sever and burning in the throat, no any other symptoms only throat pain, today rapid test done nagative report, my throat redned little bit, what is the problem I have 2months old baby. Pls suggest me sir.

I have itching inside the inner back throat from around 6-8 months and I cough sputum regularly(no blood).Also frequently my tongue sides get red and pains. I consulted a general physician for this.He prescribed me Jecfen-M (fexofenidine, sodium and montelukast) and V-flo tablets.But still its not working.In past, I used to smoke cigarettes,(for nearly 1 year) but since 3-4 months I already stopped smoking permanently. I have taken Covishield vaccine on Thursday, I have felt sick on Friday and got a fever of 102.5°. In the morning I have brushed my teeth and while cleaning my tongue as a gag reflex I have continuously vomited bile(yellow color fluid) . Initially it was bile, after 3 times I have vomited a mixture of blood+bile for the next two times. Can you please tell what could be the reason. Is this anything serious which should be looked into?
