Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My throat burns from outside. 30 days before muscle of thyroid region used to have burning sensation and felt little muscle growth whole of the burning region for few minutes few hrs after eating. Now there is swelling or muscle growth above Adam's apple and burns for few minutes after eating. I have stomach indigestion from one month.

Main complaints = Whole day tiredness, sleepy, mood changes Existing condition= chronic rhino sinusitis, sleep apnoea, gastritis  from past 6 yeara

Im suffering from ear infections and pain since last two weeks. On the doctor's suggestion, I have been using cerulin drop to clean the vax. Also, since last 2 days, I'm taking Moxclav 625 ( total 5 tabs till now) but pain is still there. I had visited to a nearby doctor, he checked my ear with machine and said there is a small funsi and vax. Please suggest what should I do.

I have this brownish pigmentation majorly on the right side of my inner cheek, i showed it to dentist they said its physiological pigmentation, i have applied kenacort, caziQ for almost a month now it reduces the redness but when i stop it comes back again, first there will be redness which feels sour, after that it turns into brownish/darkish colour, initially it started in my right bm, but now it is starting in my left mucosa as well. Right now i have been diagnosed with k. Pneumonia in my sputum culture majorly sensitive to almost all the antibiotics, and getting treated. I have other symptoms as cough, i have esionophils 10.5%. Apart from that no other symptoms, i have taken lycostar, rebagen for a week too, why is this pigmentation happening? Is it bec of the pneumonia infection? Should I be worrying about that? I have tounsils and consulted a doctor too taking medicines too for it. Can i eat chicken as food while i am suffering from tounsils?

I have been detected deficiency of vitamin D in Dec  2020, when I had 4mg of vitamin D, duing that time I had similar episode of head spinning.I has been prescribed with vitamin D suppliment and calcifort grand.bfor 2 months. Due to covid19 2nd wave,outside movement is zero and from 2 days I started having similar head spinning issue.i got my 1st dose is covid19 on 8 June 2021. Can u suggest what to do next.
