Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having acid reflux due to which I got post nasal drip. From 2 months, I have persistent throat issue. I get sore throat very often. Also small reddish granules with white centre  like structure are there in the back of my throat. Does it mean I have got permanent damage to the throat lining because of the acids?? Or secondary infections. I am attaching my throat pics for reference. Kindly evaluate, so I can consult accordingly.

White fluid getting out of nose while going to sleep in night and not regularly some time happens only in night while sleeping

I have recovered from covid last month, at present  I have allergy pharyngitis. I used 5days antibiotic course and it was cured after 2days again it started. What shall I do.

I had covid in April 1st week, then in May I started feeling congestion in my right nostril and irritation in throat, I feel like I am taking cough out through my mouth instead of nose. I did a CT scan for it in which it was written that I have mucosal thickening in right nasal cavity and DNS to right side. I took antibiotics with anti allergics for 15 days and now I am taking Deflazacort, montek fx, xyloflo and metatop nasal spray. I am feeling little bit improvement in my nose but still can't sleep due to throat irritation. I feel like urge of bringing cough out of mouth but very little cough comes out.

I got a mild covid attack in April this year and I recovered within 15 days .. however my smell was impacted… now I am experiencing foul smell from things around me along with some headache… Can parosmia develop 2 months post covid??

I had already used antibodies amoxy for 5 days ago for pharyngitis. Again I was effected now. What shall I do. Or what medication should I take

Hi i am sushma singh. Now iam suffering from allergy with running nose since 5 years. I have consult so many doctors but nothing relif to happen. My problem is that .. i have difficulty to breathing with runny nose with feeling pressure in throat . Currently i am using montilukast tablet but its relif for 3 to 4 hrs. Plz suggest me. As soon as possible . I am worry about these things .

I have pain in my right tonsillitis since 3 days. I am using warm water and cipladine for gargle. I think it's not helping me Please suggest

I have black stuff in my mucus every morning 🥺 no fever and no cough but black phlegm is coming every morning.

Mother is getting cough,cold and runny nose .she is having headache also.it is increasing gradually .
