Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

What are the foods to avoid in case of moderate hypothyroid, and what are the foods to prefer to take .

Post op one month i still have pain near the eye and in the nose. Mri showed something black but doctor said it is just blood clot from the surgery but not sure what it is. Not even surgeon prepared to see me I went for second opinion but that doctor is not willing. Radiology won't tell me anything So i am helpless

I am suffering from tonsillitis from past 3 days also having moderate fever and headache what to do .

My left ear was itching. It led to scratching the ear with nail. It's paining since yesterday. I had the same problem 2 years ago. Doctor prescribed me some medicines including 'BIOTIC-O EAR DROP'. Currently, this eardrop is not available. At my nearest pharmacy 'OTEK-AC NEO' was available. Can I use this eardrop instead? I have attached photos of both the ear drops for reference.

I have been having pain around the eye and found something in the anterior eithmoid cell doctor said that is possible because surgical debri but it is causing a lot of discomfort around the eye and nose.

Dear Sir /Madam, I am suffering from slight ear blocking problem since from 2 days due to this winter. I felt that my left ear little blocked. I broght DREP WAX Ear drops from my near by medical store. Is it safe to use DREP WAX Ear Drops to resolve this issue? Please suggest me.
