I have DNS, causing one nostril blocked. Is it possible that due to this I take long deep breathe and specially effortful breathing? can this happen in DNS? CT scan attached

Hi, I was diagnosed with covid on 6th June. I had nose blockage since last 2 weeks. Since 5 days I have a little bit inflammation on my left side of nose. Though I have no pain only and my oxygen level is also 98. No nasal discharge or facial pain. I have been taking Allerga m and fluticone nasal spray since 2 days. My pulmonologist doctor has said no worries but I am still worried about black fungus. I have attached a photo of my nose inflammation. Does it look like black fungus?. I am not able to sleep due to worry.
