Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi ,I recovered from covid ,it's already a month , I took 0.5,mg dexona tab for 8days , and now after a month I am experiencing pain in head every evening from last 6 days.and nose blocks shifts from R TO L , light upper jaw pain and lightly in ear , sometimes I feel pain near sides of nose ...is this a black funcus ...head is not to sharp but feel pains both the side and pain in backside of head ...pls suggest about it

History- discharge ( both eye and ear) as a kid, had infection once before too, itching a common occurrence Probable cause - maybe I used my pinky finger a bit too vigourously to scratch the itch or  maybe some water entered the ear while bathing or maybe both. Present condition - noticed pain in the left ear on 11th june, ear blocked too, pain intensity increased at night ( 7-8/10 on a scale),tragus very sensitive to touch and pressure, took ciproflaxin ear drops and dolo, condition resolved more or less on 14-15th june. Now the right ear has started showing the same symptoms ( ears blocked, 7-8 pain intensity at night, additional symptom is swelling of the antihelix). What should I do? Wait for it to resolve on its own or go see a doctor during these covid times? Will online be as effective as in person consultation?

Can CT pns able to detact black fungas?? I have done it 3 days ago and its appear normal(Mild DNS) .. I have a post covid patient(26 days) my symtoms eyeache, headache, eye area pain.. can anyone tell me what i need to do next pls..pls..

Pranaam Sir Sir my mother having some problem in ear, approx before 2 years there was some pain occurred in her ear, mwad(pus) were also coming from ear, So one doctor give some tablets & some drops, But when use drops in ear there were large pain then doctor refused me to use drops, only took tablets for relief, & told me there is a hole in one ear's screen, after taking table she got enough relief, But there is sometimes pain occurring in that ear now, also some mwad(pus) also feeling now, so please told me right medicine & advice Sir 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Does taking steam inhalation to both nostrils effectively leads to ENS?? Can anyone answer this.. in internet it says recurring sensation of drowning. What does it mean.

Get continuous sneezing  for 1 or 2 days Monthly 2 to 3 times. It get normal automatically after 1 day. Please suggest me how to diagnose. What are the tests to be taken.

I have had sudden spinning sensation inside my head( not outside, vertigo) several times. I have previously diagnosed with gerd and I think the spinning sensation is caused due to some food triggers. Can dizziness be caused by acidity? After the spinning sensation i feel Unsteadiness for upto two weeks and have reduced quality of life. I also have some dark spots floaters in eyes. Today is my 24th day of covid.. I have mild hedache from last 9 days now my eye is hurting from past 4 days its sometime hurting left then it hurting right and itching is there.. what to do pls tell (I have done a CT pns, CT Chest, fasting Blood sugar, CBC, KFT, LFT test All are normal so what to do pls suggest I am so much scared)..

I have jaw joint pain in right side which leads to headache ,eye pain and ear pain . also I have clicking sound in the jaw. My neck also hurts simultaneously. Please help!
