How to prevent nasal polyps from recurrent after surgery ? I know one should use steroid spray but it can't be used for longer period of time.

It's been 20 days post Covid. My tongue is feeling heavy , very dry, white coating, prominent dents along sides of tongue. There is no other symptoms. Please help. Iam feeling very uncomfortable. (I don't feel spicyness at all. Even in raw chillies.)

Since 5 days there is a strange smell stuck in my nose throughout the day. It smells like mucus and it is very uncomfortable. I do not have cough or flu.

My sputum culture shows heavy growth of k. Pneumoniae, but i have only symptoms of cough(with phlegm) and shortness of breathe once only i had during morning that too lasted for only some minutes.. Aprt from that sputum comes clear/white.. Right now i am on a course of ceftum 500 twice a day for 5 days and decet od for 21 days. So is this anything serious and requires further treatment after the prescribed course or it is curable? Attached the report. Should I do sputum culture after the course is over or what? I am scared as i read this type of pneumonia is serious:(. Please guide.

When I lie down on my left side, I am experiencing pain on the upper left side of the adam's apple if I swallow sometimes. It feels like something is stuck at that place when I swallow lying down. I consulted one or two doctors for gas related issues along with throat discomfort in the past two months where I was told I am suffering from acid reflux/Gerd. I also consulted an ENT and he told the throat pain is due to pharangitis with globus. But the pain when I lie down like I explained at the top is very new. For the acid reflux I am on a PPI course and for the throat discomfort I am doing gargles as directed by the doctor. Is the pain I am experiencing due to acid reflux or something else?

Mucus is irritating in throat, it is looking like that it is dripping. No other symptoms. Please advise, as i am having BP and taking telma LN 40 in morning.

My husband affected with covid on April 29th 2021. Recovered in 10 days. Nearly after 1 month having acid reflux issue become more(which is there for more than 7 years).
