Cold and sneezing (on & off)

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I face cold & sneezing problem from long time. I am also allergic to wind,rain and cool temperatures. Recently when I got cold , I started coughing and it took 20 days to recover. But still I am not ok with this problem... is homeopathy better or ayurvedic to permanently treat this condition.
