Unable to hear on right side

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Yesterday his friends hit on right cheeks and pain in right ear and today see that some blood in ear(blood not come out from ear) when see in ear. And also look like unable to hear in right ear. Pls suggest.

Avoid water entry into the ears Keep ears dry Avoid catching cold - if u there is no discharge in the ears, the perforation has higher chances of healing. Get audiometry test done
