I am unable to hear
I am having ear blockage since 1 week. I am unable to hear since 1 week and have tried 1 ear drop of Cipla today and it worked but was not able to stop the block.

You will have to be examined directly to see if there is any local cause for ear block like wax or nerve issues. Please visit a nearby ent specialist for examination. An audiogram may be required to assess the degree and type of hearing loss. And treated accordingly
