I cant hear properly from my left ear since 2 or 3 weeks suddenly. What might be the reason for it and whom should I go to and what treatment is possible for it.

It could be wax It could be ET dysfunction due to cold You need to visit ENT specialist who will check and tell you the reason if it’s none of the above then you will have to get a hearing test done

Gradual loss of hearing can be due to various reasons, from medications to environment exposure, however, sudden loss of hearing is an emergency situation.
