Want relief from ear pain with tinnitus
Since three days I am having right  ear pain  with sounding in   both ears 👂 and I am facing lot of discomfort hence request for a better treatment

Do u have ear discharge? Have you cleaned your Ear by yourself? It may be due to infection or wax. Please consult online for proper management.
