Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sir I'm having swelling nodes near my ear in right side and because of this sometimes I feel pain in one side of my head. Kindly tell me what should I do?

I had noticed a painless  tiny lump below lower gum line. I am afraid of cancer. Non smoker non tobacco eater. I am attaching picture too. Please advise.

I Was suffering from covid from 1,5, 21,to 15 ,6 21 .now I have no fever since last 30 days but I have a problem in breathing some time not permanently .

My brother is having nose allergies since 2 days,he usually shoes allergy kind od sneezing,runny nose followed by dust or climate change,he has nasal diverticulum is towards right side. We usually give him citrizine and he becomes normal but this time.even the med is not helping . Can u please suggest

A feeling of lump in a throat ...& It's so tiresome I don't feel anything while drinking or eating nor any pain but symptoms are noticible while swallowing saliva...n don't know the cause of it.

I was vaccinated on 31st may. After 2-3 days I figured out a small pea shape lump on my neck, not visible from outside, but i can feel it. On 10th june I visited Doctor and he prescribed me an antibiotic. But taking that antibiotic it makes me feel worse. I am always bloated, fatigued and bowel is not good sometime. Should i stop taking them and wait? I don't know but that lump is still the same. Is it cancer?
