Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother is having these patch/spot on her tongue for the past six months. What is causing these patches/spots? Is this any kind of fungal infection?

From last two months my throat and neck nerves are  paining I did MRI in report it shown everything is normal and from last two days my eyes are burning . I also have severe pain at my  facial nerves .can anyone suggest solution for this problem .

Is need doc who is well aware of parosmia. Because I am having symptoms i.e similar to it. I am getting smell of certain things as same one, and the smell is like something unusual. I cannot describe it. What are the causes, it can be because of side effects of long term used medicines?

Cumin seed stucked in left ear of my kid. She is 3years old. Day before yesterday the seed was stucked. At present using waxonil solution for her. No pain and nothing. She feel normal. Is it serious issue or have to consult an ENT?

My PNS CT report shows mucosal thickening in bilateral maxilury, right sphenoid and both ethmoid and mucosal thickening minimal in left frontal sinus.Also headache from last two months.Is surgery required this condition?.

I had undergone CSF Rhinorrhea Endoscopic Repair Surgery in Lucknow on Wednesday. It is almost a week but still the liquid is leaking from my right nose (same place) continuously with some blood drops mixed in it. I am also having serious weakness and inability to sit for more than 3-4hrs. Is the leakage normal thing even after surgery? I can't smell things even after so many days. Please help me understand things as I am still in the same situation as I was before surgery with weakness and loss of smell problem added.

Doctor prescribed me some medicines including 'BIOTIC-O EAR DROP'. Currently, this eardrop is not available. At my nearest pharmacy 'OTEK-AC NEO' was available. I used the eardrop but its paining more now.
