I had fungal infection removed but doctor never prescribed any antifungal medicine for me. I have no idea why

My self Raju.. age 22.. I have headache, eyepain and facial pain since 12 days.. done CT , plane MRI 8 days ago but all re normal.. now felling pain in head , eye and cheeks alternatively also felling discomfort in ear.. I am little worried about fungus.. what to do can any one suggest me

Hi iam planning to get covishield vaccine but I have chronic throat itching since a year so doc suggested duanase nasal spray so along it's use can I get covid vaccine ?as it's a steroid will it cause any problem ?

Today with my tongue I accidentally noticed a bumpy structure, may be a lump under the tongue on left side. Attaching a picture. Its slightly painful on touching. What to do?? Is it something serious. Can't visit an ENT now. Age 22, no smoking,no tobacco. I am quite worried after searching on internet.

Ammonia type taste while eating food Male, 29 I had covid two months back and I had lost my smell which I am yet to gain fully. However for the last few days I have been facing acidity and stress. However, from yesterday while eating certain foods like chicken, prawn, eggs,chole etc I feel a weird taste like ammonia.

My husband is having tonsils from yesterday he is mt able to swallow food properly he has pain while swallowing food. Pls advice medication for this

Hello Saviours, From last 2 months i am feeling mildest pain in the right side of throat that too when i move my throat upward or downward that too sometimes.. i have been to ENT 3 times.. firstly they prescribed me medicines for tonsilliopharygitis for 7 days.. then did a xray of neck which was normal .. then 2 days back i went to 2nd ENT where he did the laryngoscopy and written the impression as clear throat and no growth found.. he asked me that are you over-thinker so i said yes ... He prescribed me septillin for 1 month and nexicharge 1 month from 2 days i am taking these medicines.. but i still have mild pain .. what should i do now... I always think about it. Please help!!

She is not able to see anything from her left eye infect some white in her ratina in the eyes. She has been same issue with past 7-8 months but due to lockdown and covid we are not able to meet any doctor. Need your advise for that and best suggestions required from your end. Why I have a feeling of always trying to swallowing saliva automatically for every 20 to 30 seconds ..my mouth has feeling of dried...i feel  dont have enough saliva eventhough i m swallowing automatically ...is this due to GERD
