Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I was on steroids for covid treatment for 25 days. Got covid negative 5 weeks back. My lymphocyte count was very low at end of covid. I have now sinusitis since then. I am not taking antibiotic prescribed by ent doctor due to fear of lowering my immunity with antibiotic and hence catching black fungus. Is this fear genuine. And by when can i expect my immunity levels to bounce back to normal.

Please help me I am very scared what it can be .I just noticed it .please suggest what should I do. It's seems very scary

When I'm in a resting position(sleep) in my throat region some unusual taste sensation has been feeling and neither it's going to stomach nor coming out also it's stuck in the throat

I have red rashes in my throat from 2 day and also have a white pimple in my throat from 1 month . I have shown to my local doctor and still want to know the reason for that problem. I have attached the prescription of the doctor provided me.

From 3-4 days it feels like some mucus is stuck in throat so I have to cough to make throat clear. Steam and Gargling is helping but haven't cured fully. White mucus excretes in morning and whenever required to clear my throat I spit out the mucus. Strepsils lounges make comfortable temporarily. Need to rule out if it is an acid reflux or rhinitis. Spo2 is 98-99, No fever, No loss of smell taste etc.. history: Covid recovered on 15 May first dose Vaccinated on June 28

I've been having fever and blocked nose since two days, I've been taking antibiotics and paracetamols...as of now my fever is controlled..but my mucus seems to be smelly whenever i smell something it smells like something rotten, I'm losing my taste and smell too. Do i have covid? And i had this same thing in April first week...and i got my first dose of vaccine during mid-May.

We have been consuming mangoes all of this season. My son started experiencing throat irritation after eating it last afternoon. He took steam last night and a cough syrup but the now has woken up to feeling of dryness in his throat. Is it allergy ? Pls share next steps. Thanks
