Dear doctor i found black or purble coloured spot on vallecular are by mirror...what is that...it lovated bottom of right side tonsil

Please suggest what I can do.after Covid I have cough issue. I feel vomiting with cough. Which is the best medicine for this treatment.

Hello, i am a student and performer of Hindustani classical music. I had sore throat when i ws suffering from covid infection in the month of may. After it was cured completely, i am still unable to sing the way i was singing. I daily do morning riyaaz (which can change the vocal ability of a singer) but still i am not able to sing like the way i was singing before covid infection
