Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For the past 2 months my wife has throat pain occuring at different points which lasts for 2-3 mins and happens 1-2 times a day.  Sometimes it feels like pain we have after shouting, sometimes needles, sometimes scratchy. There is no cough or pain while swallowing. There is no specific point where this happens. We work in IT firm and have a long sitting job. She is also suffering from migraine. Pain starts from one point and changes position/radiates to different parts of the throat and goes away on its own. Please suggest what could this be.

My daughter is 21 months old.. she having trouble to breathe\ blocked nose only at night time... she is not taking any medicine.. and don't have any other symptoms or disease.. presently using saline nasal drops from 5 days.. she stil have problem. After giving drop she sleeps peaceful otherwise it very difficult for her to sleep... plz suggest medications and treatment..

My mom is very active wholeday,she dont have sneezing or cough at day but at night she starts sneezing continuously,need assistance

Tip of tongue fell peel off and rough from one and half year. I take multivitamin and many gel but no relief. I have no pain no bump no lump. Any doctor handle this type case?

Hello dr, I'm having hot sensation in throat from past 5 months...im not understanding what it is..i consulted gastroenterologist and used ppis , antacid syrup also. And i stopped eating masalas and spicy food too...still my throat is always hot.

Hi My CT PNS score shows nasal mucosa is thick and Sphenoethmoidal mucosal thinking. I recovered from covid on 17th June. I do feel facial swelling when I wake up but face Don't look like it's swollen. Had rashes and pimples on face bt it went away in few days. Partial nasal blockage which goes away with steam inhalation but after an hour or two its blocked again. Taken medicine but not helping. Have this condition since 15-20 days now Can it be any fungal infection?  Black fungus or aspergillus? I had taken steroid in my covid treatment predmet 4( 1bd*3 and 1od*3). Attached ct pns.

I have dry mouth since past 2 months . doctor said its due to some vitamin deficiency and prescribed me multivitamins but not working . Diabetes and CBC is also normal. Now from past 4-5 days i observed mild swelling inside the lips . I am feeding my 1 year old baby also. PLS tell me what is the cause.? I have changed 2 doctors but not getting any relief . I am very much stressed .

I feel warmness in ear and head,its been 20 days since I have been feeling it. I am confused whom should I consult a neurologist or an ENT doctor. Please help.

Hi sir/mam, A thin fish bone was stucked 3 days back in throat.i am not sure it removed or not.if it stays in throat will it create any infection ? Or please help me how to remove that. Thanks, Saurav

Hi, i was suffering form running nose from past 10 days. After taking anti allergic and few antibiotics i got rid of running nose and sneezing. But not getting rid of mucus issue. Every 30 minutes mucus is generated in one side if my nose. How to get rid of it. Should take special medicine for it lr some spray? Just fyi i got operated for my sinus for same nose side ,4 months back.
