Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I have redness in my throat for over 3 months now. I have itching sometimes and feel like sore throat whenever I have anything cold. My body temperature is 99.2 sometimes in the evening but I don't have any other symptoms. I can see red lines in the back of my throat. Is this tonsillitis? I also have bloating ever since I recovered from covid Attaching a picture

I am getting foul onion odour couldn't bare the smell and getting the same from others tooo. Some are tasting differently . I couldn't able to eat onions

I have been suffering from both of these for a while now. It's almost been 8 months. My smell has stopped, and there's a bad smell coming from my nose. Thick greenish mucus discharge, difficult to drain. Blocked nose, runny nose, and sneezing also. Very frustrating to handle. Please let me know what can help. Last month I had fever for 3 days, cbc, urine culture and routine were normal. CRP was elevated -25. Today I have fever again and most throat has been red since 3 months. What could the cause be? Hi, I recorded from covid a month back. Now having nasal blockage mostly at night nd early morning. My ct pns report says : Sphenoethmoidal sinus mucosal thickening noted. Frontal & maxillary sinuses mucosa are normal. Inferior nasal turbinates are enlarged. Nasal mucosa is thick. Nasal septum is deviated to left. Nasopharynx mucosa is normal without any mass. Parapharyngeal spaces are normal without any mass. Osseous structures of PNS are normal. No significant abnormality in osteomeatal complex ( Maxillary ostium, infundibulum, uncinate process, hiatus semilunaris, bulla ethmoidalis and middle meatus). Am I infected with fungus or it is normal sinusitis? Please advise if I got fungal infection in my spenoethmoidal sinus.?

My right ear is itchy sinch yesterday. Couldnt sleep entire night. There is no wax in it. Feels sore (kharash) in throat too but no pain

Wt to do . Is it curable ?? It is not disturbing me . But the sound is always there. Sometimes low and sometimes high. The sound varies in my ear while wearing headphones. The volume is low when compared to other.

After covid I was having some nose Congestion and jaw pain so doctor diagnosed me with chronic rhinosinusitis. It's been 2 months but nasal Congestion is not resolved properly and I also feel head Pressure and head rush including headache sometimes Doctor checked my nose through endoscopy procedure and said everything looks normal. He said still if problem is not getting resolved get a CT PNS Should I get it done? Is it scary? Will it be okay? It feels like something is stuck in my nose
