Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi the muscles in the front of my neck and below my chin are aching , even while swallowing . This is my third day after covaxin as well. No sore throat , but pain on swallowing in the front of neck . What should I do

I am covid recovered patinet.. I have mild covid and treated in home .. no steroids no oxygen.. age only 22.. no co morbidity only (GERD, duodenitis 1 year go which is treted) after covid I have headache , alternative eyepain and sometimes mild pain in jaw on and off since 20 days.. done CT pns (11june) nasal endoscopy( 15 june) and Plane MRI brain, PNS and orbit ( 22 june) all three are normal only Mild left sided DNS.. I have taken lots of medicine but pain is there not increse not decrese .. what to do..

Hi Doctor, Since 10days, I have been getting a weird taste and smell in all food. Marie biscuit or a mint tootpaste/mouthwash all taste bad. I don't have fever/headache or any Covid related symptoms. Could you please guide me on what steps do I take to get rid of this bad taste and smell

I am a teacher and Since 2-3 months my classes have increased which means more talking (on an average 3-4 hours per day). My voice is becoming a little coarse and sometimes I feel slight discomfort in my throat. Is it worrisome? Is there anything that I can do to ease my throat and voice? Thank you.

Sir past 2 months I'm having forehead pain&pressure ,eyes swelling double vision , blackhead pain, fluid stagnation on brain ear ringing sound& blockagenosepain sometime ruining nose&nasal congestion,stiffyneck ,last20 days I'm having blood pressure for that taking medicine.i visit ent doctor & took xray. He diagnosed deviated septum & sinusitis I continued medicine not going away. Another doctor told operation not needed in this age. He confirmed as migraine headache.15 days inderal tab & xyzal tab at night taking.The headache,nosepain double vision backhead pain , stiffyneck is still persisting.please give me some suggestion to get rid of this problem.

I have a sinus from 5 years .. and i am suffering from cold and allegies and i have a pain in throught in morning and hard cough ...and nose blockage.. i feel very hard to breath.. and i am using otrivin nasal sapray.. for feeling better... and i have a very big problem of acidity.. and taking rebeprazole and levospride from 1 year.. i have allergy from all spicy items and feels burning sensation.. please help...

It has been more than 3 months I feel like something stuck on my throat.i can see a small soar on there.i consulted ent doctor's they said that it is because of acidic issues.but no improvement in treatment.iam attaching the medicine i taken and a pic of my throat.

I have deviated nasal septum(DNS) as well as Anxiety. For DNS my right nostril is completely blocked. At night when I try deep sleeping, suddenly I have heart palpitations and feel I am not getting enough air for which I wake up, but then everything is fine. Can someone please tell is it because of anxiety or deviated nasal septum? Also I have breathing issues at day as well. CT SCAN ATTACHED
