Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I used to smoke around 2-3 cigarettes in a day, 10 days ago I switched to a lighter cigarette from Malbouro light to a Slim one, which cas different tobacco and low nicotine due to this I have excessive dry cough since 2 days. I dont want to switch back to a heavy cigarette, what medications should I take.

My brother having breathing problems at night. He can't breath property , breathing is repeatedly stop and start while sleeping. Is he is suffering from sleep apnea?

Hello Doctor, I have pain in my ear for the past 3 days along with ear discharge( not pus). 3 month before my husband slapped me , After that I have suffered by pain ,which is intermittent not continuous.Now 3 days before I have continuous pain( Pain,ear discharge and swelling right ear) Please give me some medication for that. I made this CT scan and I want to know what to do based on the results. The report says: Mild mucosal thickening noted in left maxillary antrum. S/o sinusitis. Chonchae bullosa noted in left middle turbinates. Mild deviation of nasal septum to right side. Both inferior turbinates are hypertrophied. Mild mucosal thickening noted in both ethmodial air cells. S/o sinusitis.

Should I stop...my...anti allergic...medications...before ..going for ..igE and AEC count test...bcz I'm taking bepastine and I gave for testing ..is it ok to give while on medications

I am experiencing right side cheek pain and burning sensation from past few days. Also headache and eye pain sometimes. I am covid asymptomatic survivor Aug 2020. I met eye specialist and got my routine check including retina which were all normal. Apart from tat I met Ent doctor and they performed nasal endoscopy and even tat was normal. My query is can nasal endoscopy detect black fungus and should I go ahead and get CT scan PNS. Pls advise

I am unable to sleep i am urge to swallow something lkke air or mucus...having hicup feeling sometime.m.having stomach belching and burping...doctors said gerd may be lpr i have throat irritation too
