Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am facing ear pain issue since May end. I have tried different medicines as well. I have tagged mu recent report from today's test.

I have mistakenly swallowed fish thorn last night. I have had a lot of liquid ( hot water, normal water and coke), gulped cooked rice too. But it is still stuck in my throat which I can feel. I have phlegm too in my throat due to consistent post nasal drip( I have allergy and Asthma). Pls suggest what can I do to get rid of it. It is not going down and not coming up even after coughing.

Its been 3 months since I recovered from COVID. I was asymptomatic. But after the recovery, I am experiencing weird and unexplained smell (Mix of Petrol or something close enough to make me breathless) when I'm sleeping and that is enough to make me awake. And soon after I wake up, the smell is gone. It happens only when I'm asleep at-least 3-4 days in a week. Please help.

From sometime i am experiencing throat strain when i talk for longer period. I do not have trouble while eating or swallowing food. I just experience strain or pain while i talk. My voice is also very low pitched and deep and i feel very much vibration in my throat while i talk. I thought it was normal at for and it will go away on its own. But it's been longer than 2 weeks now and i am a little bit worried. I can also feel a little bit pain when i touch my neck like it's a muscle injury. I feel my voice more hoarse than before. Please suggest me what to do as i am getting more and more worried. Thank You

Can osmf cause nose block? in any which way.. went to ent my nose was blicked since two months (still it is)..he told me i have h mild osmf.. and dns..but he didn't tell me..why my nose was blocked.. is there any link of osmf and nose block and is it serious condition? or treatable?.

Along with the onion odour somewhere and the taste also different that taste and smell is annoying . Along with onions some others also but mostly onions

Is there much pain or scarring with mini Frontal Trephines? I have been told that there is a possibility they could be used for my surgery?

1. Anything eaten directly from fridge 2. Allergy from dust 3. Palms of both hand and legs become sweaty and temp increase. 4. Continuous sneezing

I feel dizziness every evening and night. This is there from 10 days... I did xray PNS... There i was diagnosed with mild maxillary sinus. Is this causing evening and night dizziness... Please help me ... I have attached the report also please check

Fevikwik 2-3 drops splashed inside eyes.buring sensation in eyes.Feeling something hard inside eyes.Used eye drops but not helping much.please help
