Does absolute 3g has any side effects if taken life long...Kindly assist with the same ...been taking since a month

I was advised by my ENT to undergo Septoplasty. I also have severe pain in lower impacted wisdom tooth. Should I remove wisdom tooth first or do septoplasty. If I did septoplasty then after how many week can I remove wisdom tooth? Wisdom tooth recovery will take 15 days.. I am confused.. Pls help...

How severe is mastoiditis (as per ct scan & x ray report)? how fast it needs treatment? (can this treatment delayed for atleast 6 months, based on ct scan & x ray report) what is the treatment & duration? (antibiotics) which is causal organism? can this soft tissue removed by incision & drainage? is there any chance of recur (after small surgery)? is there any culturing/investigation/further diagnosis of sample? (after small surgery) does it spread to other organs? (Mainly brain) if, in case surgery is the option - is it a major or minor surgery? how long does it take? how fast one could recover after surgery? as mastoiditis is observed in both ears, what is the time interval for both ear surgeries? what are the complications of surgery & what is it's percentage? what would be the cost involved?

I have dust allergy when I am cleaning cupboard and preparing food and strong smell how to I cure this problem. When I am using medicine in that time I did not face any issue but I stop repeat again.plz help me to cure this problem
