Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Yesterday i was eating fried prawns with rice and one prawns is stuck on throat i drink lots of water but feel no pain i can eat after the incident no pain but feels some sensation of food stuck on throat pliz any tips for food stuck kn throat

I have been prescribed antibiotics for a possible infection due to my upper wisdom tooth extraction (which wws done 3 weeks back). So i have stabbing pain behind my mandible/below ear, when i click my ear vis mouth it fees like a stabbin pain. Ent has put me on augmentin and zerodol sp for 5 days, how long it takes to get the swelled(but not visible outside) lymph node back to normal shape and the pain occurs only when i click my ear. I was prescribed to take flutiflo spray and montomer-L tablet for 15 days due to distoreted taste and smell after effect of covid which I had about 3 months back. For 8 days it worked but now from last 2 days even if I am taking these meds taste and smell has again started to distotr and feels like I am eating some chemical. Very annoying. How to re align the smell and raste back to the original form? I was smell training also duting this time

I can see my right tonsil is slightly bigger than the left one. Is it normal ? There is no pain. Only experiencing dry mouth from last 2 months.

I was using earphones and then I started using headphones . Now when I am listening to music or Talking loudly in a particular position , my left ear is making some 'chrrrr' sound ( only in one position ) leaving that position , my ear is not making any noise What is it? Is it permanent or temporary? Or is it because of sudden change from earphone to headphones (as while using headphones , the ears are packed and not able to move) What should I do ?

After audiometry test, met ENT specialist for my hearing problem, said there is hole inside ear so needs to go suergery. At present I am unable to undrrgo surgery. Instead of it can you prescribe medicine/ drops or hearing aid for curing and improve hearing capacity.

I got covid on 27 April. It is almost 3 months now. I lost my smell back then, the covid infection  it was mild and was there only for two days. However my smell hasn't returned I even went to an ent, who gave me onacortil, ebas 20 and fluticasone for 5 days And then for 10 days From last one month I get one particular weird smell in everything. Is it a sign that things are improving?the intensity of this smell keeps decreasing and increasing Is it possible to loose smell forever due to covid?

Since yesterday I am having ear pain(Right ear) and from today morning I am feeling like my ear is a little blocked although there is no discharge of fluid..what should I do?

Doctor my stomach gurgling lot of time but now a days throat also gurgling while wake up...after eating it reduced ..some times i feel my throat tightened
