Always have cold and as soon as I wake up sneeze 30 40 times continously, facing this issue since years. Feels like something is stuck in my throat always

Hello doctors I am suffering with one side facial irritaion. One side of my nose is congested and I feel pain in cheek and also headache on one side. What can I do for this problem. My mucus inside nose is completely dried and I feel it a dry sinus problem. Please suggest a good remedy

I have been smoking for last 4 years and before 4 months I have got sudden neck pain with difficulty swallowing. I went to ENT specialist he asked to make the USG scanning and after that he told nothing to worry about by seeing the scan report. Took all the medicine and consulted even orthopedic doctor as well but no use. When I turn my head up and down or right or left I feel a severe cracking sound with pain. Even made blood tests and also TB tests all are negative. I feel like lump in my left neck and asked the same with ENT specialist, he said there is nothing to worry. I have attached scan report of two different months. Please advice me the exact cause and what steps to be taken to examine the problem. Thanks

Hi, I was diagnosed with covid on 6th June. I had nose blockage since last 2 weeks. Since 5 days I have a little bit inflammation on my left side of nose. Though I have no pain only and my oxygen level is also 98. No nasal discharge or facial pain. I have been taking Allerga m and fluticone nasal spray since 2 days. My pulmonologist doctor has said no worries but I am still worried about black fungus. I have attached a photo of my nose inflammation. Does it look like black fungus?. I am not able to sleep due to worry.
