1st in the pic started 2 days back (caused due to wide yawning probably) 2& 3 dont know 1st( pic ) is paining while chewing food & opening mouth Can anyone please explain it ? Do i need to worry?

Post Covid I was having severe sinusitis which was not getting cured with medication. I have undergone Septoplasty, Bilateral Inferior Turbinectomy with bilateral FESS on 17th July Even after nearly 2 weeks of surgery I am getting bright yellow nasal discharge from left nose (mostly watery and sometime thick many times a day) which used to remain block before surgery. Is this yellow discharge normal post surgery common or is it a sign that infection is still there. I have taken antibiotic for 5 days post surgery and is continuing to take Maxstine in morning and Odiment in evening as per Dr advice. I am also doing nasal wash as per Dr advice. Kindly suggest what I should do further.

Hi, I have throat itchy & earn pain ( sometimes ) from past 4 days. Consulted physician, she gave me antihistamines twice daily for 3 days & azee500 mg for 5 days one daily. It's already 3 day today, but still the itchy & earn pain has not gone.. No fever, cold or frequent cough. It's normal for me in cold days & it's goes away within. 2 days but this time it's been for 4 days Attached my throat pic. Kindly suggest further steps. For ear pain can I take over the counter drops?

I had a runny nose and mouth pain so i did drink a soup from outside 3 4 days back ...from that day i was having a sore throat and it feels like itchy and at the same time it feels like i couldnt eat more of my food cause im coughing while food gets into the mouth...currently im on tb medication and tell me what should i do??
