Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

So since a week i have tenderness at the area marked. The area encircled in yellow, feels deep ache when touched, but with normal activity its not felt much, and the purple line is angle of mandible, when i keep my finger on it and open close mouth, when the muscle gets rubbed it feels sore. 4-5 weeks back in that side i had my upper wisdom tooth extracted, but after extraction i had taken antibiotics for 5 days. Now, since last week m seeing this. I had visited an ent last week, he prescribed amoxyclav and zerodol p, today the course is over but soreness is still there. Please help me, why is it happening.. i am also doing warm saline water fermentation over that area. Please help. Also note: when i click my ear, there's a kind of sharp pain under the middle of the purple line, is there any pinched nerve or something or pulled muscle?

I have done ear piercing, it's 4 month now. Multiple time it getting infection, Redness, sweeling, some pain. Again it healed but again after few days starting. Should I remove or treat with antibiotics. Which doctor to take treatment. I live in Bangalore

Dear Doctor I have been facing frequent throat clearing and some times difficult to swallow the saliva, and i have a feel like thick mucus layer in a throat and I'm trying to clear the same.. I have consulted gastroenterologist and as well as ENT for the same issue. Also, I had taken stalopam plus for anxiety. Please advise, how to diagnose that my problem related to gastric issue or anxiety or any neurological problems. Current issue, dry throat, swallowing issue some times, and frequent throat clearing. This problem started 3 months back.. where 8 felt one of my Ear clogged or plugged, also with earphones on I can feel slight pain or discomfort while hearing. Now always but sometimes I can also feel clicking sound while chewing and yawning... previously I was prescribed with the following medicines: 1.Soliwax 2.
