Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

On 30th of July  i had vaccinated 1st dose and I didn't have symptoms of body pain ,fever up to 2 day. So I just went to my duty and from evening of 1st august i have been suffering with mild fever , body pains, in addition to this feeling difficulty in swallowing mainly on right side, along with ear pain from morning itself. When I consulted railway doctor ,he suggested me not to take antibiotics after vaccination up to 15 days , i don't know whether its corect or not . But my pain in throat is heavy,  don't know it is tonsillitis or not. So iam here asking a free question

Eating fried small prawns one prawns has been stuck on my throat after the incident i drink lots kf water yesterday happens i can eat everything no pain but left side of throat is feeling some stinging or pain any tips to remove it or cure it pliz help

Due to changing weather conditions, I have been experiencing Tonsils with mild fever, along with running nose with transparent discharge and cough with seldom mucus. I have been taking paracetamol since 2 days.
