Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

When I blow with my nose and mouth closed, left ear gives a pop but right ear don't. Also I had cough for more than 45 days after covid. Is it possible there might be a wax buildup which needs ears cleaning?

For the past 3 days, I am having hearing loss in both ears when I wake up. It lasts for just a second. For 2 days it came with along with a pop sound. Today there was no pop sound. Please help?

Its been more than three months since I was tested covid positive.Since then I have recovered. From last two to three days I feel slight stuffy nose and loss of taste  . I do not have fever or weakness. There is also slight irritation in throat and when I clear it colourless phlegm in small quantity comes out. I am confused whether it is a symptom of covid or the loss of taste is due to stuffy nose. Please clarify my doubt ...I am anxious

Sharp pain but not sore throat  in one side of throat sometimes it happens while drinking water and sometimes not. No pain while eating. It happened last month and then stopped.
