Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Sir\Madam, I have been having allergic sneezing and runny nose from last two years. it will come and go with one or two citrazine tablets once in a month and more in winter season especially. how to get permanent solution for this and any medicine for this to cure.

So since few months i had seen a hard cyst(you can assume exactly a lemon seed) inside my right neck? I showed it to ent he said its tonsillar node and nothing to worry, but still I want to know is hard nodes exactly like lemon seed be present in your neck? Towards right side and near to scm muscle. I would say it diameter would be around 2-3mm by feeling(assume lemon seed only, that size). It has no pain or anything. I have attached image of my neck where it's there, as you can see it cannot be seen above the skin nor any lump/swelling is present, just when i palpate i can feel that.

I was having a small lymph node in the posterior part of neck for many years. Now, one day I had a slight pain in my neck and yesterday I had observed that my lymph node has enlarged a bit but it can't be felt that easily and it's neither visible from naked eyes and even if I move my hand slightly over my neck most of the times I am not able to feel it. For your information, I had Tuberculosis of Lymph nodes back in 1999 when I was a kid. I took treatment for 09 months. Is there a possibility that my tuberculosis could have relapsed after so many long years. I am also attaching a copy of CT scan of my neck which was done while I was ill in 2018. Please see and guide me.

I had itchy & painful throat 3 days ago which is better I did gargle but now I feel blocked / muffled feeling in both ear and even nose plz suggest what is it ( my husband had flu ) I am breastfeeding to my three months old baby plz suggest what can I do is it infection???

I have no problem of cough or any runny nose. I am only tired of mucus(phlegm) which is produced in my throat. It's mainly occurs after brushing and eating something please prescribe me a tooth paste and medicine for excessive mucus production. This problem continues from 1 and 1/2 year before. Please try to understand I am so much tired of it.

I had my septoplasty 3 days back, today for the first time when I bent down a little, there was a slight clear fluid that came out instead of blood, is it normal, I don't have any fever right now, just had it on first day and my nose pack was removed yesterday.

Pain in ear from last two days, when eat anything also having  pain in Ear. Like swelling happen in ear, in night pain become more can't sleep with it

Sir During bath, water went inside my ear and after that I had put Luke warm Oil in it but now it is still not open completely.Although I had consulted Medical Shopkeeper, who gave me Clean wax to be used but instead of applying it I still is not 100% resolved. Please help

Already patient of sugar and blood pressure.. Hear loss caused from late 3 months .. Sugar is also high and bp too..

Sir, whenever I am in silent room, there is a constant buzzing in ear. Sometimes it's unbearable, actually it's always there in ear, but whenever I am busy or in public places, it's usually not that much concern, but in silent room, or during going to sleep. It's very much concern. My ear is good and no hearing problem. Pls suggest any medicine to reduce this constant sound.
