Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I can listen cleaily from both ear      but           From last 20 days, city sound is coming from my one ear continuously but in other ear, city sound is coming for temporarily but Today, I am feeling that my first ear is some closed and city sound is coming also Now how can I stop this

Muscle which ends at the lower neck is slightly swollen on right side than left, the two muscle that makes v shape at the end of our neck. Its not paining. But when I touch the muscle I can feel its slightly 10 percent enlarged than the other and its not a lump. The difference is not noticeable unless paid very detailed attention Thanks

I discovered a pimple like thing in the tonsils around 3 months back and it's still there. It is in the color of the skin surrounding it and it has no pain as such. But sometimes, I have terrible ear ache. I don't know if both of them are connected or not.
