Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have squeaking voice can this be corrected? What is the reason ? Will therapy help or what are the other options ?

When I touch my ear feel like rubber band type like when we stretch rubber band I realse and then the sound come totally like that I feel my ear when I touch my ear or when sleep on pillow

My daughter 19 years old had covid two months back she recovered but now she's having very bad taste and smell can't eat anything she is getting garbage smell in almost all food.she is into depression because of this very hard to accept this. I think i hear a ringing noise all time my ear(not sure whether ringing or background sound). I have perfect hearing but when i close my ears i think i hear a low whistle sound. I can differentiate any sounds easily , no difficulty innhearing but i doubt a sound in ears only when closed maybe

I was tested positive for covid on 30th of August with mild symptoms and now I have 0 symptoms. My problem is that whenever I bend or sit with my head bent .. I am getting a sensation or just a feeling of pressure in my forehead and a feeling of some fluid being accumulated there dripping down to my nose.. just a feeling but never actually didn't get any fluid.
