Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am feeling off balance & dizzy most of the time while walking.. I have taken  vertigo medicine for 7 days, b12 level is 417 ng/ml, cervical xray came out normal, still feeling very dizzy and unsteady while walking

I have very big size of tonsils they are enlarge but they not creating any problem in my daily routine like eating ,breathing ,and drinking is it normal condition or it is a disease

I had ear surgery 6 months ago. Now it look everything ok but from one month I m feeling some mild and normal pain around my ear and sometimes it feels like any liquid is coming out but after checking there is no liquid comes . But mild pain is continuous. Dr. says that it's may be muscle recovery pain. Otoscopy shows everything is normal inside. Why I feel pain. It disturb me. Sometime it like stress around ear. Is there any chances of invisible infection which is not visible through otoscope ?

I am covod positive now I don't have any fever.but I have some kich kich in my throat. Plz help me what I do

Sir/mam On 7th of march i had gone through tympanoplasty surgery its been more than 4and half month still my hearing not getting any better. My ent said it will not come to normal but it will improve but i dont see any improvement rather my hearing much worse. I am very worried I had moderate conductive hearing loss so my doctor said it won't go back to normal but surely improve after surgery All i want to ask is how long should i wait or there is any problem occurred. Please kindly reply to my query.

After use candid ear drop on my otomycosis it's ear block it becomes white substance block my ear Take paracetamol,bifilac capsule, Amoxicillin.what should I do ?

Since 20 days, I am unable to smell. I keep getting headaches. Also have a blocked nose. There's some weird smell in my nose and the mucus is thick and greenish. I am currently taking septilin twice a day and doing jal neti. I want my sense of smell back. What should I do.

I feel some throat irritation or pain and feel like mucus is there how to get rid of this shall i use ascoril+ for this any tips on this pliz help
