Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I lost my smell and taste after covid 19 positive 14 days over I now have no other symptoms but could not taste and smell what could be the reason and possible treatment.

Why i always keep swallowing my saliva every 20 to 30 seconds...i try to keep calm but cant control started again  to swallow eventhough i dont have enough saliva...what the cause

I am having a very bad smell like rotten egg/chemical while I am eating some kind of food and it's getting really annoying and I am not able to have any food because of the smell

My right tonsil is swollen since two months. Doctor told me its Pharyngitis and prescribed me antibiotics. But the swelling hasn't reduced. Also i don't have any symptoms. What should I do?

I might have been exposed to Covid 19 last month but I didn't get tested and did not show symptoms either. Before two weeks, I developed black patches on my right hand that are still present. Before a week, I started feeling pain on one side (left) on my face which developed first at my jaws which then spread to my, teeth, TMJ and behind the eyes. It is shooting pain which gets worse over the time. I was diagnosed to be pre-diabetic a couple of months ago however yesterday my blog sugar levels were at 86. Should I be worried and get myself tested just to be on the safer side? What kind of tests should I get immediately to rule out mucormycosis?

I had fungal infection removed but doctor never prescribed any antifungal medicine for me. I have no idea why

Hi iam planning to get covishield vaccine but I have chronic throat itching since a year so doc suggested duanase nasal spray so along it's use can I get covid vaccine ?as it's a steroid will it cause any problem ?

Today with my tongue I accidentally noticed a bumpy structure, may be a lump under the tongue on left side. Attaching a picture. Its slightly painful on touching. What to do?? Is it something serious. Can't visit an ENT now. Age 22, no smoking,no tobacco. I am quite worried after searching on internet.
