Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have deviated nasal septum with one nostril blocked always as well as Anxiety problem. I have now breathing issues. How do I know now whether my breathing problem is from Anxiety or DNS? CT scan attached

Please give medicine having from 3 to 4 days. having cough and having coughing. there is no serious problem but i a having problem in night in sleaping

Both eyes heaviness along with watery eyes.While yawning clicking sound and tightness.Happening since 1 yr.

When ever comes in contact with dust ,cold. brezze,and if eat  any thing cold start snezee continuously for 6-10 times and starts feeling like surfering from cold.

Why is my turbinate swollen after septoplasty? I went to two ENT they just said it takes time because i had the fungus removed in my nose as well as my nose was corrected. They said i need to be patient and wait.

So Initially i had sputum culture which showed Klebsiella pneumoniae which was sensitive to all the antibiotics. I had cough with phlegm a lot, then i was asked for a pft which showed early airway obstruction, showed pulmonogist she said its normal, I was put on ceftum 500 twice a day for 5 days and decet od due to high esionophils fr 21 days. After 5 days of ceftum, cough reduced but not completely then i was prescribed ab Phylline and bilastine tablets for 10 days. Right now cough with phlegm has reduced a lot, but many times i have to clear throat due to phlegm, some hoarseness and also dry cough due to ticklish feeling in the throat! I did a pft yesterday which was completely normal, no obstruction or anything. Doctor said its allergy as my ige was 440+ and also my mother is asthmatic... i take prulastin tablet but still that ticklish feeling down the throat stays... i do inhale steam, what to do... should i check again with ent? And is the klebsiella gone after the course?

I am seeing this swelling from past to days .I was covid postive on 10 of April and and tested neg on 3 of May then the docotor said I have mild pneumonia then on 13 may  I was recovered from pnemonia .then there a facial tenderness and eye pain on left side so I consulted a ent but he said there is no need to worry because I was scared of black fungus. Then it was cured then I started having lot of phwlgm from mouth whenever I use to cry mucus comes out of nose and mouth .then j consulted a herbal doctor she said that is was an allergy .now from past two days there is swelling I am attaching apic where the sweeling is marked with white pen and and there I aline I noticed in my mouth 2 weeks back the docotor said it was nothing .now my nose is dry and sometimes it's opened sometimes is blocked sometimes one is blocked and one is unblocked now I am noticing this swelling attaching the photo marked with white please help me out with this I am very scared .what should I do. please help
