Mucus in throat
Hi, I have constant mucus in throat which I rather have to spit it out or I have to swallow it... It keeps draining constantly, it is irritating alot.. this is happening from last 2 years.. whenever I drink water or any liquid the intensity of mucus flow is increased.. this is obstructing my sleep, I don't know what to do... Sometimes there is blockage in nose too.. and I feel my body hot but the temp is always below 37 c. I don't know what to do.. have tried many medicines but none was effective.. please help.. what shall I do.. there is always mucus in throat.
