Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Some lesions grown behind the throat inside neck and these lesion a persist continuesly from 1 month. And my tonsils are a little bit swollen and they are not coming back to normal. Feeling some sensation in forehead. No pain and dont have any problems in swalloing food.

My tonsil stone visibile it doesnt go away...i have sore throat reddish mouth nearly 7 montg...some time i am getting choke during night time...does stone culprit for this problem What will be the solution

For the last two days I am my muscle between the jaw and the ear connector has swollen on the left side and there is a pain in it when I touch it or I do some movement. This happened over night two days ago. I am not able to sleep by turning to that side. Thank you in advance.

Felling slight pain in right side of inner throat when I  eating. Recently I visit ENT doctor He told me nothing to worry. He give me some medicine and suggest me to do a neck USG. Report found some lymph node. I also attach report. I am very much worried.
