Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had my XPns done and shows mild haziness in bilateral maxillary sinuses. I dont have any symptom other than light nose blockage ,dry mouth and mild swelling in the jaw.( which is not even noticable but i can feel it) I am taking the medicines prescribed by the doctor but mild swelling and light nose blockage is still there. Dry mouth is somewhat fine now. I am taking steam two times a day and doing nasal irrigation. Is it acute sinusitis or chronic . do i need to worry ?  How many days it will take to heal the inflammation in the sinuses? Pls suggest.

I developed tinnitus 8 years ago due to a prolonged infection which I got after being bitten by a dog on my leg, and infection lasted for 1 year, i was bedridden during this period, my left neck lymph node was swollen during this period and i developed tinnitus 70% in left ear and 30% in right ear. No hearing loss detected in audiometry test. Did that infection do some permanent damage to my ear or brain? Do I hear more tinnitus in my left ear because my left lymph node was swollen for a longer period of time? Why there's no cure.

I am suffering from itchy eyes for some time now. It is near the eye corner. I am using optisoft eye drop but it is not helping.

Anything that has onions raw or cooked, the whole dish only tastes of rotten onion/garlic/egg. Even smell is the same. The taste of milk or curd is very strong. I have alot of hairloss since a month too. These symptoms are active since 2-3 weeks. I feel loss of appetite by just thinking of food. I can taste and smell everything else but anything that has onions is unbearable, any sabzi. I have attached a photo of my tongue

Hi, Am getting little throat pain sometimes. It usually become more during night time. Am taking throxin 25mcg 1/2 tablet daily. What should I do to reduce the throat pain. Is my dosage okay. Can someone please suggest on this.

My son is very active in sports and fitness. Sometime back after returning from gym he felt his throat is parched and excessive saliva in mouth. He increased his fluid intake and the problem has subsided. However during ingestion of food he feels there is cough generation that is creating problem in swallowing of food. Under normal circumstances there is no issue. Solicit your advice.

It's has been 2mnths I recovered from covid but issue is cold is staying behind the nose and at  throat junction don't know the reason but sometimes it causing breathing issue little bit making hard to breathe and am getting always something struck in my throat like cold thing,plz help me

Hi, My mom used to have frequent sound in her right ear.When consulted ENT doctor for the same, he removed ear wax twice and asked to manage stress. She still has this issue sometimes.
