Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

It has been more than 3 months I feel like something stuck on my throat.i can see a small soar on there.i consulted ent doctor's they said that it is because of acidic issues.but no improvement in treatment.iam attaching the medicine i taken and a pic of my throat.

I want to know if this 1 month or 3 month subscription for one person or family Does it cover other family member also

I have deviated nasal septum(DNS) as well as Anxiety. For DNS my right nostril is completely blocked. At night when I try deep sleeping, suddenly I have heart palpitations and feel I am not getting enough air for which I wake up, but then everything is fine. Can someone please tell is it because of anxiety or deviated nasal septum? Also I have breathing issues at day as well. CT SCAN ATTACHED

Female, 26, non diabetic Symptoms since the last one week - Severe shooting pain in my left jaw and TMJ (on and off) along with severe headache. - Bearable but diffused pain throughout the left side of the face, especially behind the eyes (on and off) - Teeth sensitivity is constant and teeth pain om the left is on and off that gets worse during movement. Right side of the face is fairly painless. Developed dark patches on my hand 10 days before the symptoms begin. Pain progressed slowly and I contacted two ENT specialists on practo only to get painkillers whereas Im looking for diagnosis. Pain didn't subside after painkillers. Hi this is Yash from Gurugram, Haryana. I am 20 years old. I am facing preauricular sinus  problem from last 5-6 years. I did a proper treatment, also taken a advice from ear specialist and taken medicines as well. But, didn't get positive results as, I wanted. Now, the condition is like that, in every 2-3 months this problem will happen. Doctors, also suggested for a surgery but I don't want to go.
