Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi. I have been diagnosed with sinusitis and often encounter heavy nose, head, below the eyes, ears and throat area. Most of the times I have my ears or nose blocked. Currently the area between my ears and throat is very heavy and feels blocked. Often I keep hearing sounds of air passing in my ears. Can someone please suggest me over the counter sprays or any home remedy, please. I have been to doctors but can't sustain the antibiotic dosage for long term.

Have throat in the pain and taste buds irritated, while gulping my tongue and throat pains.I believe this is due to consumption of cold things

I had clogged ears from so many days.. after doing so many excercises in youtube it is not getting clear.. I had some buzz sound also.. then I visited ENT doctor told ther is some layer  bulge in nose so take otrivin and some allergy tablets.. will otrivin helps in reliving clogged ears.. I don't have cold any allergy or running nose.. but doctor suggested allergy tablets kindly suggest

When I eat or drink any cold items, then immediately getting cold and it looks like think sneeze like water ball and getting headaches instantly, if the thick sneeze came out then headache will go immediately Note: rare cases ball like items came out from nose through mouth or nose and it is very smelly

I have problem in inhaling the food due to cough. The neck got pain during I am inhaling any food product even the water also . Due to cough it becomes a pain in neck near throat .

I tried cleaning nose boogers from my 1 month old baby's nose by a clean Earbud.. instead of coming out, the dirt/booger went inside. What can be done now to reverse this action. I hope baby will not face any difficulty by this. Kindly guide.

Hi, I am having issue with cough ,I feel very irritation in throat most of times and also gets continuous cough.i have been having cough for long time now.i used to cough more sometimes during night.can you please suggest medication . Thanks in advance.

I got covid on 24th of April. I lost my sense of smell by 26th. It's been almost 3 months now and I still have not recovered it. I went to my local ent and he gave me omnacortil, fluticasone and nucoxia and ebas 20. Fistr for 5 days. Then for 10 days. After which I got this weird chemical kind of smell from everything. From coffee to toothpaste, everything had that same smell. Now after 15 days of leaving medication the I can't smell much again. Even that chemical smell has reduced. What to do? I have a high inter ocular pressure and hence don't want to take anymore corticosteroids.
