Itching in the ear can be due to various reasons, it will be hard to determine without a proper examination. Until then avoid scratching inside the ear and avoid use of any ear drops until you consult an ENT

Itching can be due to a number of reasons, most commonly water entering the ear while bathing. U can put Soliwax ear drops 5 drops to relieve Itching due to dryness of the ear.
