Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My soft palate feels sensitive as if bruised. Can't have spicy food at all. What's the reasons and treatment?

I sneeze a lot, always having blocked nose , sneezing and always runny nose and i use diconal nasal drops any helpful tips or suggestions pliz help

From yesterday i feel that there is something tickling/irritating in my throat...i swallow my saliva and then few mins its ok...after some time again i feel the same...is it any kind of worry

I had a CT PNS due to sinus infection on 28 th of May. This was due to fungal infection. Based in current MRI it shows optification in the adjacent area. I was advised by my ENT surgeon only to see him next month not to come before. Despite having symptoms he is very stubborn. I really don't know what to do. I am in Whitefield and not able to travel long distances due to allergic reaction to outside air.

My right ear has been blocked since yesterday morning right after I woke up. I assume that it is because of the usage of AC as I am not accustomed to it. I have been sneezing too. Please suggest remedies as I am feeling sudden slight pain inside my ear today. I have recovered from covid twice.

I had a septoplasty with fungal removal one month ago. Due to headaches i got an MRI done and it there they still found something again. However my surgeon is not listening and told me never to return until next month August. Since three days I am having right  ear pain  with sounding in   both ears 👂 and I am facing lot of discomfort hence request for a better treatment

I am suffering from throat mouth irritation for few month ... i can able to eat food but while drink water i feell irritation abd while wake up i drink water its also irritating me

My Father who is 60 yrs old undergone CABG, five years back he is taking his medications.. And even has type 2 diabetes and taking medications for it, From 3 months he has sneezing with bulging under eyes. And face full also bulging.. What might be the reason. Please tell us is it related to kidney or lungs functioning

My throat is paining since two days, and problem is increasing day by day. I think it was due to very cold water, i have drinked before two days.
