Right Tonsil bigger

Asked for Male, 33 Years

There is a mild pain towards right side of throat or neck from last 6 to 9 months. I have no difficulty in swallowing or drinking. I took antibaiotics like Azi and amox with different variations also antihistamine for 5 days. It gets me relief but temporary. Lately I seen my right tonsil is slightly bigger and hard while I touch however no pain in that. Also while swallowing saliva i do have clicking sound. Please suggest.

Please attach pic of your throat. It may be due to laryngopharyngeal reflux. Do u have acidity? Foreign body sensation in throat?
