Tinnitus or normal
I think i can hear a ringing sound in both ears only when i close my ears with hands (otherwise no sound). Don't kmow if i am imaging or not but can only hear when ears are closed. I have perfect hearing and never had any problem with hearung.
Was it tinnitus or just my thinking?

It may be due to stress also. Do pure tone audiometry. Get your ear examination done. Don't worry.
